We're looking for a dynamic consultant to join our client's team, focusing on transformative digital initiatives in the Life sector. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to drive the adoption and implementation of AI-powered solutions, ensuring that impactful outcomes are achieved. The successful candidate will actively contribute to promoting AI awareness across the department and help cultivate an internal community around AI topics.

The selected candidate will be instrumental in supporting the design, implementation, and rollout of AI solutions, including:

• Capturing and analyzing call insights
• Developing Generative AI use cases to enhance chatbot content for intermediary partners
• Translating business needs into structured functional specifications for AI initiatives
• Collaborating with the internal AI competence center to determine suitable solutions and technologies
• Coordinating the implementation process from design to deployment
• Executing and managing testing phases, including UAT and validation
• Evaluating the business value and impact of AI solutions
• Driving awareness and adoption of AI within the department through communication and workshops

The perfect candidate will possess strong personal and technical skills, including:

• Structured, rigorous, and well-organized approach
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Proficient communication and facilitation skills across business and IT
• Curious mindset with a keen interest in AI topics
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and solution architecture, including Generative AI and NLP
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and tools like PowerBI and Azure DataLake

The candidate should have a Master’s degree and substantial experience in relevant areas. Key experiences include:

• Senior-level understanding of AI product implementation and functional analysis
• Experience in delivering end-to-end AI projects, including data flows and user journeys
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments is preferred
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory, with additional languages being a plus
