We are looking for a talented AI Data Scientist to design, implement, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve high-impact business problems. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, bridging technical insights with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and technical teams to identify high-impact AI use cases.

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using internal and external data.

• Analyze data and communicate actionable insights to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.

• Monitor AI models for accuracy, proactively addressing discrepancies and model drift.

• Contribute to the development of a Generative AI capability framework and internal best practices.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business).

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in data science, preferably in a business setting.

• Strong business understanding and ability to communicate business requirements effectively.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Availability for occasional travel or projects in other locations.

Technical and Business Skills

• Proven experience with data wrangling, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.

• Proficient in Python and commonly used libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).

• Expertise in cloud platforms, especially Azure (Azure AI Services, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Databricks, Azure OpenAI).

• Deep knowledge of LLM libraries (Langchain, LangGraph, Promptflow, Semantic Kernel, Autogen).

• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning/training lifecycle (LLMops).

• Experience deploying and monitoring Gen AI models using CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and Weight & Biases.

• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks).
