Function
We’re looking for a dedicated Allround IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team, providing comprehensive support to end-users and contributing to various IT projects. This role involves both first and second-line support, ensuring seamless operation and installation of devices, including mobile management and asset management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support to end-users.
- Install and configure devices, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage and maintain mobile devices, ensuring they are up to date and functional.
- Assist with asset management to track and manage IT resources.
- Support users with Power BI inquiries and issues.
- Get involved in IT projects over time, particularly in operational technology (OT).
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
- Strong reasoning abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to user satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or similar in experience
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory and SCCM.
Other requirements:
- Able to work onsite on a fulltime basis (telework is an exception)
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
