Function

We’re looking for a dedicated Allround IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team, providing comprehensive support to end-users and contributing to various IT projects. This role involves both first and second-line support, ensuring seamless operation and installation of devices, including mobile management and asset management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line support to end-users.
  • Install and configure devices, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage and maintain mobile devices, ensuring they are up to date and functional.
  • Assist with asset management to track and manage IT resources.
  • Support users with Power BI inquiries and issues.
  • Get involved in IT projects over time, particularly in operational technology (OT).

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong reasoning abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to user satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or similar in experience
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
  • Experience with Active Directory and SCCM.

Other requirements:

  • Able to work onsite on a fulltime basis (telework is an exception)
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
