Analist-Tester SAP SuccessFactors
Function
We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s project team and play a key role in delivering a high-impact HR transformation. As an Analyst–Tester, you’ll be at the heart of the solution, collaborating closely with business and product stakeholders to ensure quality, usability, and a smooth go-live across the organization.
Your Role
You will work hand in hand with the Product Owner, Business Owner, and Key Users. Acting as the bridge between business needs and system delivery, you’ll take ownership of analysis, testing, and validation activities, ensuring the solution is robust, user-friendly, and ready for deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in design workshops and contribute to detailed solution design and validation

Design, prepare, execute, and follow up on test scenarios

Create, execute, and coordinate SIT and UAT test plans

Track test scenarios, defects, and tickets using DevOps tools

Prepare and facilitate UAT sessions across the organization

Contribute to end-user documentation and training materials

Co-develop and deliver training sessions for various target audiences

Support business cutover activities and act as a key point of contact during hypercare
The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in analysis and testing within HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus)

Solid understanding of HR processes and change management principles

Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Hands-on mindset and the drive to see a project through from design to go-live
