Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing robust ICT solutions through a variety of tasks that include:

• Functional and Technical Analysis:
  • Identifying business needs and modeling them effectively.
  • Documenting comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
  • Designing the application architecture.
  • Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and conducting user interviews.
  • Writing functional specifications and user guides.
  • Preparing and leading stakeholder meetings.
• Development and Integration:
  • Actively participating in application development using technologies such as JavaScript and PHP.
  • Integrating with existing systems like SAP and PostgreSQL.
  • Ensuring high-quality code and compliance with technical standards.
  • Participating in functional and technical testing.
  • Collaborating within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Ensuring security and adherence to GDPR regulations.
• Project Lifecycle Participation:
  • Contributing to the deployment of solutions.
  • Acting as a functional and technical reference for project teams.
  • Enhancing overall solution quality.
  • Designing and delivering user training sessions.
  • Supporting the digital transformation by developing modern, mobile, and secure tools.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The perfect fit for this role will have a strong background in various relevant areas:

• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments and business analysis.
• Expertise in functional and technical analysis, BPMN, and UML.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, database modeling (ERD), and programming languages like JavaScript and PHP.
• Strong familiarity with data management systems such as PostgreSQL and SAP.
• Ability to work on complex technical standards and regulations including GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and French.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, alongside a methodical approach and creative mindset.

Additional Information

This role requires someone with a results-oriented approach, integrity, and an eagerness to learn and adapt. A background in security sector regulations related to mobility is advantageous. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration among internal and external team members.
