Analyste Fonctionnel SAP (Module PM - Maintenance)

Function

We are looking for a capable consultant to join our client's team, where you will be responsible for managing corrective and evolutive requests related to specific modules. Your role will primarily involve drafting functional and technical specifications that will guide the implementation process by the technical team.

You will play a key role in understanding and translating business needs into actionable specifications. Your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed analyses of functional requirements expressed by the business.
• Configuring the system according to the outlined needs.
• Writing technical and functional specifications for requirements not covered by existing systems.
• Providing necessary support throughout the development of these specifications.
• Performing unit testing of implemented developments.
• Contributing to test plan documentation to ensure that solutions fulfill business requirements.
• Identifying use cases relevant to various test types.
• Executing E2E tests within an integrated environment.
• Supporting business teams during testing phases by addressing identified defects.
• Preparing training materials.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the necessary technical skills and a structured approach to their work. Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience as a functional consultant with SAP PM, particularly in maintenance notification management.
• Solid knowledge of intervention management, activity management, follow-up actions, and task lists.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing test plans.
• A self-starting attitude, structured approach, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and active listening ability.
• Fluency in French (C2 level) is essential; proficiency in English and Dutch is also required.
