We are looking for a dynamic and communicative colleague to join our client's team! If you have a passion for optimizing client applications and bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, this role is perfect for you. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between internal software systems and external HR applications, contributing to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Act as the link between business and IT teams to deliver effective, efficient solutions.
- Provide second-line integration support by analyzing and resolving issues related to data processing.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to escalate complex requests while independently handling operational challenges.
- Manage onboarding for new and existing clients by analyzing requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders, and testing interfaces.
- Propose innovative solutions for internal and external client requests, disseminating new procedures or program updates as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds at least a bachelor’s degree, ideally in IT.
- Brings prior experience with API integrations and database management tools such as SQL.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles is an advantage.
- Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Has in-depth expertise in payroll management.
- Is fluent in both French and Dutch.
