AWS Solution Architect

Function

Our client is looking for a System Architect to help shape a seamless software development lifecycle ecosystem from idea to production. In this role, you will design and evolve an integrated set of tools and processes that make software delivery easier, more automated, and more user-friendly for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the target architecture for SDLC tooling in collaboration with the relevant tool owners.
• Bridge the gap between SDLC process managers and tooling owners to ensure alignment across the ecosystem.
• Support end-to-end integration across all lifecycle stages, from analysis and design to testing, deployment, and release.
• Drive standardization and reuse of patterns to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Reduce manual evidence logging by introducing automation where possible.
• Enable traceability and compliance by design.
• Introduce AI-driven automation for steps such as user feedback, documentation, and other workflow improvements.
• Improve the developer experience and support broader user adoption of the tooling landscape.

Profile

• Strong experience in system or solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Experience with development tooling and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture.
• Interest in AI-driven automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Practical Information

This is a long-term consulting opportunity within a large-scale IT environment.

Fluent Dutch and fluent English are required.
