We’re looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our client’s dynamic IT environment and make an immediate impact.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for end-user support, ensuring systems and applications run smoothly across multiple locations. You’ll work within a close-knit team responsible for device rollout, configuration, and migration projects, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and large-scale setting.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving IT operations:

  • Configure, update, and maintain workstations, software, and peripherals
  • Ensure optimal performance of Windows 10/11 environments and standard business applications
  • Support large-scale Windows 11 deployments using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or Ivanti
  • Assist with user account management and access rights (e.g., Active Directory)
  • Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance overall service delivery

Profile – The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for a motivated and service-oriented professional with:

  • An IT-related degree or initial experience in an IT support role
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments
  • Basic experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain effective under pressure
  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English (French is a plus)

Engagement Details

  • Flexible engagement of approximately 10 working days per month
  • Project duration of 4 months (June through September)
  • June will serve as an onboarding and training period to ensure a smooth start
