BI & Data Analyst

We’re looking for a BI & Data Analyst to join our client’s data and reporting team. In this role, you’ll support operational teams by translating complex production and process data into clear insights, dashboards, and reports that help steer day-to-day operations in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and operational processes related to manufacturing and production data
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear user requirements and concrete reporting solutions
• Design and validate reporting concepts using prototypes or wireframes in close collaboration with the business
• Develop and support data products and reports that enable operational steering across multiple teams
• Coordinate and execute integration testing and user acceptance testing together with business users
• Provide functional support to report users, including issue analysis, user guidance, and training where needed

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, data manipulation, visualization, or analytical data modelling (e.g. Kimball)
• Experience with relational databases and tools such as SQL, Power Query and/or Power BI
• Background in manufacturing or process-driven environments
• Good understanding of operational data objects (e.g. workpieces, process flows, measurement results) and how they relate
• Knowledge of semiconductor or highly technical production processes is a strong asset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and translate business needs into practical solutions

Languages & Way of Working

• Fluent in English, as you will work in an international environment
• Knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset
• Comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across different teams and disciplines
