BI & Data Engineer

Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in supporting various activities related to data analysis, application development, and documentation structuring. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting advanced data analyses and creating reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Extracting, transforming, and structuring data using SQL.
• Collaborating on the development of internal applications, particularly for data sorting, and contributing to scripts or tools in Python.
• Formulating functional requirements for applications and drafting detailed process documentation.
• Creating engaging presentations to communicate findings and explain technical subjects clearly.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a mastery of SQL, along with excellent proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI. Knowledge of Python is a significant advantage. Key skills include:

• Exceptional writing skills for documentation and process descriptions.
• A keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple evolving projects.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French, with the ability to clearly present complex information to various stakeholders.
