BI Engineer / Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer / Analyst (Dutch speaker) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for data flows and the creation of data insights. Your primary tasks will involve maintaining existing pipelines and designing and implementing new, efficient, and dependable data pipelines across various applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain current data pipelines.
• Design and implement new data pipelines for efficient data transfer.
• Facilitate data transfer and analysis between different SaaS applications, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Act as the point of contact for data integration and analysis needs.
• Utilize strong data analysis skills, particularly with Power BI, to generate insights and create meaningful visualizations for operational teams.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, minimizing downtime.
• Create comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, processes, and configurations for reference and troubleshooting.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Science Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering / analysis and expertise in data flows, data exports, and visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, as well as experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Python experience is a plus, particularly for potential AI projects in the pipeline.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
