We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, where you will leverage your extensive experience in both ICT and business operations. You will play a key role in the development and optimization of business processes, while also managing stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project execution within a governmental context. Your expertise in AI consultancy will be invaluable as you guide clients through adoption and change management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Consulting on AI integration and delivering tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Optimizing and developing business processes through established methodologies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing projects with a focus on cost, timing, coordination, and planning.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements to align expectations and foster collaboration.
• Providing insights on (technological) developments in your field to clients, aligning with established business targets.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Demonstrable experience as an AI consultant with at least 3 years of relevant work.
• Strong background in business operations within the ICT sector, supported by 8 years of expertise.
• Proficiency in business process management and familiarity with BPMN methodologies.
• A capability to manage stakeholders effectively and lead workshops.
• Knowledge across various facets of project management including cost estimates, coordination, and timing.
• Fluency in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2, with English as an additional required language.
• An understanding of the business processes prevalent in governmental organizations, particularly in the Flemish context, once acclimated.

Additionally, candidates with the following skills will be considered favorably:

• Experience advising clients on strategy, organization, and IT matters.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
