Business Analist

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a leading digital transformation initiative in the public sector. Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering innovative digital solutions that strengthen international cooperation around traffic enforcement and fine processing. You’ll work on several integrated projects aimed at optimizing data exchange, automating workflows, and ensuring legal compliance within a cross-border regulatory framework.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from diverse stakeholders

• Mapping and documenting current and future business processes using BPMN

• Identifying areas for process improvement and proposing data-driven enhancements

• Creating and maintaining clear and structured business documentation

• Acting as the liaison between internal development teams and external partners

• Supporting project managers in scoping, risk management, and implementation planning

• Facilitating continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

Ideal Profile

We’re looking for a proactive consultant who brings both analytical depth and stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll need to be comfortable navigating complex environments and aligning diverse needs into cohesive business solutions. Prior experience in government or public sector projects is a strong advantage.

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Proven expertise in business process modeling using BPMN

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (junior level acceptable)

• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements

• A structured and methodical approach to data gathering and analysis
