Business Analist Documentbeheer
Function
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s forward-thinking organization. If you're a sharp analytical thinker with a knack for clear documentation and an eye for process improvement — and you enjoy operating at the intersection of business and technology — this role could be your next move.
Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal part in bridging business needs and IT capabilities. You’ll turn abstract ideas, regulations, and concepts into actionable documentation, supporting various teams — including security, continuity, and IT service management — with your structured approach and solution-oriented mindset.
Key responsibilities:
-
Analyze business processes, particularly around security and ITSM, and identify opportunities for improvement.
-
Gather, interpret, and document business requirements in both Dutch and French.
-
Translate stakeholder input into clear work instructions and practical documentation.
-
Support the implementation of new business processes and policy changes, also outside the ICT domain.
-
Contribute to the setup and optimization of ITSM workflows and tool configurations, ensuring measurable and service-oriented outcomes.
-
Monitor the impact of change and help shape dashboards and service metrics.
-
Act as a liaison between business and IT to enable smooth collaboration.
-
Take ownership of documentation and ensure it's complete and accessible after each task.
The Ideal Candidate
You’re a proactive, bilingual communicator with strong analytical thinking and a passion for structure. You know how to bring clarity where there's ambiguity and enjoy turning half-formed ideas into full-fledged documentation.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
-
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
-
Excellent command of Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
An autonomous and results-driven work style.
-
Working knowledge of IT Service Management and/or ITIL concepts.
-
A structured and collaborative approach to team communication.
-
The ability to adapt your communication to various stakeholders and domains.
