Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to play a key role in enhancing their instant payments products. This position requires close collaboration with product owners and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with instant payments regulations. The analyst will focus on bulk payments, coordinating alignment on backend processes and integrating with the Instant Payments engine and related channels for corporate clients.

Responsibilities and Tasks

The successful candidate will take charge of organizing meetings and workshops across impacted business lines, ensuring thorough preparation of agendas and minutes. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements for IT and operations teams. Additionally, you will coordinate gap analysis, testing, and defect resolution within an agile team environment.

Profile and Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in SEPA/Instant Payments analysis or regulatory projects, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in conceptual modeling techniques and methods, strong expertise in Microsoft Office, and a good understanding of information systems and testing are mandatory. Knowledge of agile methodology is a plus. You will need strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, with French being an additional advantage.
