We're looking for a business analyst to join our client's team, where you will play a central role in enhancing payment processes and contributing to key business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in leading analysis initiatives that focus on improving payment flows, utilizing AI, and ensuring clarity throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at driving payment excellence:

• Collaborate with product owners to structure and scope analysis aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead initiatives that integrate capabilities like "Where is my payment" into current systems, enhancing visibility and efficiency.
• Analyze service requests from corporate clients to identify pain points, proposing actionable improvements that elevate satisfaction.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure functional alignment and document business needs effectively.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust background and proficiency in a variety of areas essential for this role:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in payments.
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with a conceptual mindset.
• Expertise in MS Office and a good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience in managing requirements and knowledge of conceptual modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Soft skills such as problem-solving, negotiation abilities, and quality focus will be key to your success.

Technical and Business Skills

In addition to your outstanding soft skills, you should also possess technical and business expertise:

• Understanding of workflow processes and familiarity with international payments.
• Experience with XML is preferred, as well as knowledge of SWIFT and payment investigations.
• A structured approach and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments are required.
