Business Analyst

Our client, a leading logistics company based in the Port of Antwerp, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their headquarters and work closely with teams across their operational sites. In this role, you will play a key part in mapping, analyzing, and improving business processes to support new software implementations and process optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze all necessary information for process analysis, collaborating with relevant stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.

• Document business processes using visual diagrams and process designs.

• Participate in project teams, taking ownership of process documentation and analysis.

• Act as the link between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

• Share insights and knowledge to help build organizational expertise and continuous improvement.

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Higher education degree with at least initial experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience with software implementations.

• Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).

• Familiarity with logistics operations, including forwarding, warehousing, transport, and customs processes.
