Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team and contribute to ambitious digital transformation initiatives focused on optimizing and modernizing complex business processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in large-scale transformation programs within a structured, high-impact environment where business and IT collaboration is key.

The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will support projects aimed at the digitalization and optimization of business processes in a regulated and data-intensive context. You will analyze existing ways of working, formalize business needs, and help design future-state processes. Acting as a change agent, you will facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams while supporting the business through organizational change linked to automation and process improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements

• Identifying opportunities for optimization and automation

• Modeling processes using industry standards such as BPMN and UML

• Supporting change management linked to process improvements

• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Collaborating closely with project managers, program managers, architects, and development teams

• Ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions

Practical Requirements
