We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s team and play a key role in shaping and delivering application solutions that improve, standardize, and modernize internal processes and services. The Role
In this position, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that user needs are clearly translated into functional application requirements within a specific domain.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of applications supporting process digitization and standardization initiatives

• Act as an intermediary between business teams and the development function (functional analysts and developers)

• Elaborate solution concepts and coordinate or execute relevant testing activities

• Collaborate closely within Agile squads, working alongside functional analysts to accurately capture and refine user needs

Profile & Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role, with several years of hands-on professional experience

• Strong analytical and conceptual mindset, with the ability to organize, plan, and structure work effectively

• Proactive, autonomous, flexible, and stress-resistant, with a strong team spirit

• Comfortable working with standard tools such as MS 365

• Knowledge of BPMN and Enterprise Architect is considered a strong plus

• Proficiency in both national languages, or a clear willingness to develop or improve a second language
