Business Analyst

We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex business processes and will play a crucial role in providing support throughout the testing, migration, and go-live phases of a new application. Your ability to quickly learn the intricacies of existing systems while establishing trust and rapport with senior users will be invaluable in this position.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Collecting requirements through interviews, meetings, and workshops.
• Describing existing and new business processes using clear diagrams and flow charts.
• Formalizing requirements with a Business Requirements Specification (BRS) using provided templates.
• Writing test cases and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with providing progress reports.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate will possess the following essential skills:

• Strong analytical skills that enable comprehensive problem-solving.
• A natural inquisitiveness and the ability to dig deeper into processes.
• Persistence in finding solutions and ensuring project success.
• A finance background is a plus, though not mandatory.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required for this position.
