Business Analyst
Function
We're looking for a talented professional to join our client's team, focusing on the development of processes and the facilitation of workshops. This role encompasses two key components: the concretization of a collaborative platform supporting advisory and subsidy processes, and the establishment of a central transformation team that will oversee program management and governance.
Responsibilities
The first part involves defining the platform's scope, concept, reference architecture, and modular building blocks, along with creating a phased roadmap with budget scenarios. Key deliverables include:
- Clear scope and definition of the platform, including what it encompasses and why.
- Initial architecture sketches with modular integration and technology principles.
- Process mapping of advisory functions and defining generic building blocks.
- A phased roadmap with costed scenarios, presenting both a preferred and an alternative path.
The second part focuses on establishing a central transformation team, detailing roles, mandates, governance, and collaboration agreements. Deliverables will consist of:
- Establishment of roles and responsibilities, aligning with relevant entities and policies.
- Approval of a charter that clarifies roles, decision-making authority, and collaboration.
- Mapping of governance structures and decision models, including data management, integration, security, and privacy considerations.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess solid experience in process analysis within complex organizations, demonstrated through:
- Proven experience as a process analyst using BPMN.
- Expertise in general business operations with a focus on ICT.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and inter-organizational processes.
- Experience in developing and optimizing business processes.
- Ability to translate policy principles into operational processes.
- Project management experience (3 years preferred).
- Experience in public sectors or regulated environments.
- Facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
- Risk assessment and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of essential project management aspects, including cost, timing, and planning.
Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) is required, along with proficiency in English.
General Information
Our client will provide necessary licenses, software, and network access for the role, although personal licenses for Office 365 are expected for usage. Remote working options will be discussed with relevant authorities.
