We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in designing and delivering application solutions that streamline, standardize, and modernize internal processes. The Role
As a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that functional needs are clearly understood, translated, and implemented into effective application solutions within a defined domain.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of applications focused on process digitization and optimization
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and development teams (including functional analysts and developers)
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications
• Contribute to solution design and oversee or execute testing activities to ensure quality and usability
• Collaborate within Agile teams, refining user stories and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery

Profile & Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with several years in a similar role bridging business and IT
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure complex information and manage priorities effectively
• Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and resilience in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working with standard productivity tools such as MS 365
• Familiarity with BPMN and tools like Enterprise Architect is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in local languages, or a strong motivation to develop skills in a second language
