Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced consultant to join our client's team, contributing to an essential project focused on the digitization of environmental permits. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders and the digital team to clarify business needs, understand objectives, and model/document expectations. Your insights will be pivotal in supporting project managers and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Understanding business context and objectives related to land management.
• Modeling business needs while identifying data flows and exchanges among internal and external stakeholders, creating a foundation for requirements documentation.
• Defining functional and non-functional requirements in conjunction with relevant business units and project team members.
• Facilitating workshops for analysis and creating acceptance test scenarios with business representatives.
• Collaborating with project managers to conduct workshops for test realization.
• Drafting validation test scenarios aligned with the testing strategy approved by the quality manager.
• Assisting business users in executing the written test scenarios.
• Communicating and obtaining validation for all deliverables from relevant business units.
• Achieving a comprehensive understanding of business jargon, concepts, and regulations.
• Ensuring that the chosen solution meets expressed expectations and contributes to the project's success.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in ICT projects.
• Proficiency in BPMN standards.
• Strong background in drafting test scenarios and acting as a tester within ICT projects.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with Dutch proficiency being advantageous.
