Function
Our client is looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst / Product Owner to support a multidisciplinary team focused on digital innovation and operational improvement. In this role, you will combine strong analytical skills with product ownership responsibilities to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions that create value for end users and support the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business needs, then translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Take ownership of the Product Owner role within agile initiatives, including backlog management, prioritisation, and roadmap definition.
- Improve business processes and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align expectations and drive decisions.
- Monitor quality, progress, and value delivery across solutions and initiatives.
- Contribute actively to innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings a solid background in business analysis and process optimisation, along with a practical understanding of how business operations connect to ICT environments. You should be comfortable working in complex stakeholder landscapes and contributing to structured project execution.
- Proven experience as a business analyst.
- Proven experience in general business operations applied to ICT environments.
- Proven experience in business process development and optimisation (BPM).
- Strong experience in stakeholder management.
- Solid knowledge of project management aspects such as cost, timing, coordination, planning, and estimation.
- Experience with agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with reporting, including KPIs and dashboards.
Technical Skills
- Experience with change management and adoption journeys.
- Experience with integration topics and API architecture.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user research.
- Awareness of security and privacy considerations in ICT environments, including GDPR.
Practical Information
- Language requirement: fluent Dutch at CEFR level C2.
- Additional requirement: willingness to sign an IT code of conduct and an NDA.
