Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between Business and IT. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the business in leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Defining business expectations and collaborating with implementation teams to align on requirements.
- Acting as a spokesperson for AI and automation initiatives within the organization.
- Conducting analysis to evaluate business needs and articulating requirements for technological solutions.
- Assessing the value of AI and automation use cases and coordinating their implementation across cross-functional projects.
- Training and advising team members on optimal tool utilization.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess a robust background in project management and technological innovation. Ideal qualifications include:
- A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- A degree in civil engineering, commercial engineering, or a master's degree in science.
- In-depth knowledge of various AI and automation technologies available in the market.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills complemented by initial professional experience in AI implementation within a regulated environment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and adopt a solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French, coupled with a good command of English.
Additional Information
This position is based in Brussels, with an expectation of in-office presence two days per week. For non-EU candidates, a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium are essential.
