We're looking for a business analyst expert to join our client's team and help drive the strategic vision. You will play a crucial role in identifying trends, analyzing business needs, and proposing impactful product and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze and evaluate change requests while developing business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as an interface with stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and IT.
  • Define business scope and target operating models, ensuring effective communication between Business and IT.
  • Oversee the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess at least six years of relevant experience, with a strong technical understanding of card issuing and transactions. You should have a solid business background in the banking industry, particularly within Belgium, including an in-depth knowledge of its players and trends. Your ability to communicate complex business concepts to IT and stakeholders will be essential.

  • Required Skills:
    • Expertise in card issuing and transactions.
    • Business analysis experience with a focus on process design or reengineering.
    • Strong proficiency in data queries and reporting.

Soft Skills & Language Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and a capability to work independently while maintaining a structured approach. You are detail-oriented, goal-driven, and possess a can-do mentality, demonstrating a willingness to embrace change.

  • Language Requirements:
    • Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong spoken skills in French preferred.
