We’re looking for a dynamic consultant to join our client’s Business Solutions team—driving innovation across digital tools and customer-facing platforms. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging business objectives with effective IT implementation, focusing on process optimization and end-user satisfaction within the Non-Life insurance space. Your Role & Responsibilities

As a key member of the Program Management team, you will:

• Translate business needs into functional solutions in a digital insurance environment

• Lead or support transversal projects, working with marketing, sales, and operations teams

• Drive ideation, requirements gathering, and documentation of new business solutions

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital tools and features

• Organize and execute solution testing, from planning to rollout and post-deployment support

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is both strategically minded and operationally sharp. You bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Lead

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to stay focused on client impact

• Excellent communication and interviewing capabilities

• Solid experience working independently while providing regular updates to leadership

• A quick learner with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

Preferred Background

• Experience in Non-Life Insurance, particularly within digital initiatives

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UI/UX collaboration

• Insight into digital technologies and modern project delivery tools

• Master’s degree in Science, Economics, IT, Management, or equivalent experience

Tech & Tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Bonus if you bring hands-on exposure to digital solution design or testing frameworks
