Business Analyst Insurance

Join our client's team as a consultant focusing on optimizing processes, ensuring data quality, and driving improvements related to operational systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in improving processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and oversight for outstanding issues in declaration processes, ensuring proper follow-up and proposing improvements.
• Review documentation and processes to enhance operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate in test case creation, evidence gathering, and participation in meetings, offering proposals for adjustments when needed.
• Educate and guide team members to increase their knowledge and expertise in specific processes.
• Maintain and improve data quality by monitoring systems and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Organize and oversee upcoming changes and improvements to ensure smooth implementation.

Ideal Profile

• A previous experience within the insurance sector
• Analytical thinker with the ability to structure problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Skills in:
  • Communication
  • Data quality and improvement
  • Operational accuracy
  • Process and procedure improvement
• Proactive personality with a knack for identifying and implementing improvements.
• Familiarity with SIGEDIS or MyPension is a plus but not mandatory.

Other

• Fluent in Dutch or French, and able to communicate in the other language. Knowledge of English is of value
• After a. training period, you're able to work onsite once every two weeks, or when attendancy is required.
