Business Analyst IT-supplier management

Function

We're looking for a driven consultant to join our client's dynamic team, where you'll play a crucial role in managing third-party IT risks. This opportunity enables you to work closely with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring that IT supplier relationships are effectively evaluated and managed in alignment with business and technological strategies.

Responsibilities

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting comprehensive IT supplier information to implement the updated third-party technology risk management procedure.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop domain knowledge and facilitate the reuse of this knowledge across projects.
• Analyzing and adapting processes in partnership with local IT management.
• Creating and translating requirements into contract security schedules, while participating in quality management reviews of both legacy and new business arrangements.
• Actively managing the BA requirements for local third-party technology and risk management, while serving as a liaison to the IT risk officer and IT management.

Data Responsibilities

In this role, you will also be tasked with a variety of data-related responsibilities, including:

• Working with contract owners and architects to assess current risk levels associated with IT suppliers.
• Formulating business and IT requirements to ensure compliance with DORA and third-party technology risk management contracts.
• Maintaining data quality and attribute rules for IT supplier registrations, while supporting progress reporting and preparation for IT risk-related committees.
• Analyzing data quality issues and reviewing outcomes with business owners and other stakeholders.
• Proactively identifying solutions to issues and following up on third-party management topics weekly.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree, along with relevant experience in third-party IT supplier management or IT contract management. Your technical skills will include:

• Practical experience in analyzing and updating IT supplier contracts.
• Understanding key contractual and security requirements.
• Ability to assess data changes for their contractual impact.

In addition, your business experience should demonstrate:

• Hands-on experience with requirements management and effective communication skills.
• The capacity to gather, analyze, and document high-level requirements from various sources.
• Excellent relationship building and root cause analysis abilities.

Proficiency in English and Dutch is required, with familiarity in French considered a plus.
