We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Life Insurance Business Analyst to join our client as part of a dynamic team focused on portfolio migration and commercial development projects within the Life Insurance sector. This team comprises experts in individual and collective life insurance, including actuaries, business analysts, and testers. As a pivotal member of this team, your contributions will help to streamline operations and enhance project outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead the analysis and migration of individual life insurance policies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis: Analyze product and process differences between source and target systems in relation to life insurance policy migration. Define requirements and formalize them to meet predefined quality standards.
• Testing: Prepare and execute comprehensive process and calculation tests.
• Monitoring: Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams, providing regular updates on project progress and facilitating effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes, particularly “Classique” products.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector with a proven track record as a Business Analyst.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to project quality and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• University degree in Mathematics (or equivalent experience) and familiarity with business/process analysis methodologies.
• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effective engagement with diverse audiences including actuaries, IT experts, and management.
