We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, where they will play a crucial role in transforming the life insurance landscape. The selected candidate will support vital projects related to life insurance portfolio migration and commercial developments within a dynamic team focused on enhancing individual and collective life insurance processes.
Your Responsibilities
The primary objective of this role involves the migration of individual life insurance policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis
- Conduct detailed analysis of product and process variances between the source and target systems specific to life insurance policy migration.
- Define and formalize requirements adhering to predetermined quality standards.
- Identify process impacts resulting from the migration of individual life insurance policies.
- Facilitate clear understanding between business and IT teams.
- Testing
- Prepare and execute process and calculation testing for the migrated policies.
- Monitoring
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
Collaboration with various stakeholders, including IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution teams, will be vital in developing trustful relationships with clients and suppliers.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:
- In-depth knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes.
- Expertise in "Classique" life insurance products.
- Experience in life insurance migrations.
- A proven track record as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years in the life insurance sector.
- A strong focus on project quality and deadlines, coupled with a proactive troubleshooting mindset.
- A University degree in mathematics or equivalent expertise.
- Familiarity with at least one recognized business/process analysis methodology.
- Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
- A structured and organized approach, showing capability in effective priority management.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various audiences, including actuaries, IT specialists, and management.
- A detail-oriented nature with the ability to recognize the right level of abstraction based on context.
