Business Analyst/Project Manager
Function
We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s team, working at the heart of a transformation initiative focused on replacing legacy systems and optimizing business processes. In this hybrid role, you will combine business analysis expertise with project coordination responsibilities, ensuring that functional needs are clearly defined and successfully translated into implementable solutions by the development team.
Responsibilities & Tasks
You will act as a key bridge between business and IT, driving both analysis and delivery within a multi-stakeholder environment:
- Conduct detailed business needs analysis related to the transition away from a legacy system, with a focus on specific functional domains
- Translate business requirements into clear functional analyses to support development and implementation
- Model, analyze, and optimize business processes using methodologies such as BPMN and UML
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and project leadership
- Support change management initiatives linked to process improvements and automation
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring alignment with defined objectives
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where needed
- Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders and provide clear reporting on project status
- Guarantee delivery quality and compliance with business expectations
Profile & Expertise
Our client is looking for a well-rounded professional with both analytical depth and project coordination experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong expertise in:
- Business process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- Change management and process optimization
- Project coordination or project management
- Agile project management methodologies
- Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable solutions
- Experience in highly regulated environments (such as social security or similar sectors) is a strong asset
