Business Analyst/Tester

We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative business solutions that support various operational entities. As part of a transformative program, you will help ensure the effective implementation of applications and solutions, essentially bridging the gaps between user needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve various activities aimed at optimizing business processes:

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for users, providing support and answering questions regarding application functionality.
• Analyze requests, classifying them as improvements, bugs, or adaptation processes.
• Participate in the development of a testing strategy, including the creation of test plans based on project requirements.
• Establish a reporting system aligned with the test plan to monitor test progress and validate changes.
• Conduct testing on existing systems, ensuring the proper functioning of applications and validating new adaptations through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure quality delivery by detecting and tracking application problems and bugs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the new application and other relevant applications within the claims portfolio.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis with a minimum of two years in the insurance sector.
• Hands-on experience in application testing, including writing test cases and management notes.

Technical Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following technical competencies:

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
• Experience in producing structured documentation is a plus.
• A solid educational background, ideally a Master's degree in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management, or equivalent experience.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required to effectively communicate within the organization and with external stakeholders.
