In this strategic role, you will shape the future business architecture, guide enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and help leadership teams make sustainable, data-driven decisions aligned with long-term organizational goals.

You will work closely with executive stakeholders, architecture teams, and business leaders to define target operating models, drive organizational alignment, and embed business architecture practices across the company. The initial focus will be a major HR transformation program, including the redesign of core and supporting HR processes, governance models, and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement business architecture frameworks aligned with strategic objectives
  • Develop target operating models and transformation scenarios for key business domains such as HR, customer services, and communication
  • Analyze current organizational structures, processes, and pain points to identify optimization opportunities
  • Facilitate executive decision-making through trade-off analyses, business cases, and strategic roadmaps
  • Ensure alignment between business architecture, transformation initiatives, and technology strategy
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and portfolio stakeholders to maintain architectural coherence
  • Support and guide change initiatives, ensuring long-term adoption and organizational impact
  • Build and document business architecture methodologies, governance, and best practices
  • Coach stakeholders and contribute to the growth of an enterprise architecture community of practice

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or transformation consultant in complex organizations
  • Strong expertise in organizational transformation, process optimization, and strategic operating model design
  • Experience with HR transformation programs, HR systems, and workforce/time registration solutions
  • Ability to engage and challenge executive stakeholders at C-level and board level
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of both business and IT-driven transformation environments
  • Experience within service-oriented organizations such as healthcare, public services, or large operational environments is highly valued
  • Familiarity with tendering, vendor selection, and governance processes is considered a strong asset

Additional Information

Our client is specifically looking for an independent consulting profile or team with a proven methodology and strong architectural expertise. Independence in advisory services is essential; therefore, no affiliation with payroll providers, software resellers, implementation partners, or sublicensing organizations can be considered.
