Business Change Manager
Function
Our client is looking for an experienced change management professional to support a major digital transformation initiative focused on the digitisation of business processes and internal reference data. The assignment will play a key role in helping operational teams embrace new ways of working, while ensuring the change approach is effectively translated into practice across the organisation.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will help structure and drive the change management approach for the programme, with a strong focus on adoption, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with programme leaders, business representatives, and technical contributors to support the transition from current practices to the future operating model.
- Follow up on and operationalise the change management approach defined with the programme team.
- Identify transformation challenges within business teams and act as a bridge between operational stakeholders and the programme.
- Collaborate closely with the change management team, programme leadership, analysts, technical teams, and key business stakeholders.
- Ensure operational teams understand the transformation objectives and adopt the new tools and working methods.
- Contribute to refining communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders, aligned with programme constraints.
- Build trust with key business contacts and help co-develop practical tools to support the move from the current state to the target state, with a strong emphasis on the human side of change.
- Report to the lead change manager.
Profile
The ideal candidate combines senior-level change management expertise with strong communication skills and a proven ability to guide teams through transformation. You should be comfortable working across different levels of the organisation, influencing without authority, and supporting resistance management in complex environments.

Practical Information
- This is a consulting assignment with a gradual ramp-up in availability: approximately 3 to 4 days per week in the first months, with flexibility to increase as the project progresses.
- On-site presence is required for at least 60% of the time, and potentially more depending on project needs.
- Language requirement: French (C2 / fluent).
