Function
Our client is seeking a qualified professional to enhance the crisis management, business continuity management, and cybersecurity incident management processes within their organization. This initiative aims to align with the NIS2 directive and bolster the organization's resilience against cyber threats. The project is structured into multiple phases, focusing on operationalizing existing frameworks and developing reusable methodologies in collaboration with relevant entities.
Responsibilities
- Support the organization by facilitating the implementation of crisis management, business continuity management, and cybersecurity incident management in line with NIS2 and the established framework.
- Identify critical IT infrastructures and dependencies based on current Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
- Develop methodologies, processes, models, and supporting documentation related to crisis and incident management.
- Guide the teams in drafting Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and operationalizing continuity processes.
- Assist the program manager and CISO in prioritizing deliverables and formulating practical recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate IT needs concerning crisis readiness and assess their feasibility and cost.
- Coordinate with involved services, suppliers, and partners to support the practical implementation of proposed measures.
Technical Skills
- Required:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in crisis management and incident handling.
- At least 6 years of experience in business continuity management, encompassing BIAs, BCPs, and DRPs.
- Familiarity with NIS2, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
- Preferred:
- Experience with identifying critical IT assets and dependencies.
- Background in crisis requirements for critical IT suppliers.
- Experience within complex or regulated environments, specifically in government sectors.
- Experience with organizational changes or mergers.
Profile
- Fluent in Dutch, with strong written and spoken skills.
- Understanding of French at a conversational level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
Practical Information
