Business Program Lead

We're looking for a qualified consultant to join our client's dynamic team, where your expertise in transformation programs and change management will be invaluable. This role requires a blend of technical skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional environments, ensuring the successful management of stakeholder relationships and program execution.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a significant impact on various strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating cross-functional programs that involve multiple business domains.
- Managing change effectively and driving adoption within transformation initiatives.
- Engaging and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CIO).
- Collaborating closely with teams to ensure successful program implementation.
Role
This position involves a hands-on approach to steering large-scale transformation efforts, allowing you to leverage your extensive experience in business transformation. You will be expected to utilize your skills in change management alongside your ability to coordinate and communicate across various teams effectively.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a robust set of qualifications and experience, including:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in business transformation programs.
- At least 5 years as a Program Manager in large-scale transformation projects.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with proficiency in French being an additional asset (minimum C1 level).
- Willingness to be present in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
