Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a strategic integration and migration initiative. This role will be crucial in coordinating numerous internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of various workstreams such as cash management, compliance, and risk management among others. The successful candidate will provide governance and coordination to enable smooth transfer processes and mitigate potential blockers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and manage a comprehensive framework for the migration process, ensuring all phases are effectively planned and executed.
• Organize follow-up activities and monitor the project's progress against planned timelines.
• Manage the budget and track synergies across different initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between diverse stakeholders, focusing on interdependencies and blocking factors to prevent issues from arising.
• Work closely with Initiative/Delivery Owners to define and manage the project roadmap, including planning, dependencies, and budgets.
• Report progress to the Steering Committee and escalate issues through governance bodies when necessary.

Our ideal candidate will have a master’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in project or program management. Strong expertise in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (such as Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS Project) are essential. Familiarity with various IT systems and an ability to manage complex projects while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships is crucial.
Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required, with strong written and oral communication skills across all languages.
