Business Project Manager
Function
We're looking for a senior consultant to join our client's team. This strategic role is essential for maintaining the continuity of key projects within the organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in navigating a complex and intertwined project landscape, ensuring that all initiatives align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic and operational continuity of a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Implement project governance and provide decision-making support.
- Monitor and address progress, risks, and financial status of projects.
- Facilitate collaboration with the Audience & Workflow Management team to ensure alignment with audience strategies.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project priorities and milestones.
- Consolidate project outcomes and oversee dependencies across tasks.
- Serve as a senior advisor for colleagues on complex and high-impact project issues.
- Identify and manage project-level risks and issues, preparing for escalations when necessary.
- Prepare thorough analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and organizational policies.
- Provide concise and actionable reports to stakeholders and management.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The candidate should possess a Master’s degree or an equivalent level of experience along with a strong project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc.). Required qualifications include:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in senior project management.
- A proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong expertise in governance frameworks, dependency management, and financial tracking.
- Familiarity with Adobe Campaign and related Adobe solutions is highly valued.
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, with French as an additional asset.
