Business Project Manager

Function

We're looking for a senior consultant to join our client's team. This strategic role is essential for maintaining the continuity of key projects within the organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in navigating a complex and intertwined project landscape, ensuring that all initiatives align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic and operational continuity of a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Implement project governance and provide decision-making support.
• Monitor and address progress, risks, and financial status of projects.
• Facilitate collaboration with the Audience & Workflow Management team to ensure alignment with audience strategies.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project priorities and milestones.
• Consolidate project outcomes and oversee dependencies across tasks.
• Serve as a senior advisor for colleagues on complex and high-impact project issues.
• Identify and manage project-level risks and issues, preparing for escalations when necessary.
• Prepare thorough analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and organizational policies.
• Provide concise and actionable reports to stakeholders and management.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The candidate should possess a Master’s degree or an equivalent level of experience along with a strong project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc.). Required qualifications include:

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in senior project management.
• A proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong expertise in governance frameworks, dependency management, and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with Adobe Campaign and related Adobe solutions is highly valued.
• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, with French as an additional asset.
