Business Relationship Manager

Function

We're looking for a professional to join our client's team, who will be instrumental in managing relationships with various business lines regarding a range of IT production services. This role requires a keen focus on both the operational efficiency of services and the oversight of the project portfolio. As a key liaison, you will provide transparency around production costs and act as an ambassador for production strategies, guiding business lines on technology usage and ensuring they adhere to established roadmaps.

Responsibilities

The main activities of the role involve:

• Coordinating stakeholders to ensure quality operations for applications and infrastructures as per business requirements.
• Facilitating consistent communication with the business, providing them with regular updates and visibility.
• Overseeing and managing the project portfolio effectively.
• Acting as a production ambassador, advising on the evolution of available products and services.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience. Required qualifications include:

• Fluency in English and French.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, security, and production operations management.
• Proficiency in ITIL methodologies and a solid understanding of resilience procedures such as DRP, BCP, and HA.
• Experience in establishing performance indicators and managing project portfolios.
