Business Support - Integration

We’re looking for a Business Support – Integration Consultant to join our client’s dynamic support and integration team. In this role, you'll act as a vital link between internal systems and the HR tools used by external clients. You’ll be the go-to person for integration support, offering both functional and technical guidance to colleagues and ensuring seamless client onboarding and support.
Your Role & Responsibilities

Provide first-class internal and external support by managing client tickets in line with ITIL best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software integrations, monitor ongoing incidents, and help bring them to resolution.

Assess the complexity of incoming support requests—escalating the more technical ones to the IT team while independently handling routine cases.

Support the onboarding process for new clients by analyzing their integration needs, overseeing interface implementation, and validating integration testing.

Collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders to improve and document support processes, ensuring long-term efficiency.

Share updated procedures and technical changes with both internal teams and external partners to foster smooth adoption and use of new tools.
Your Profile – The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Solid experience with ticketing systems and technical support; knowledge of ITIL is a strong plus.

Familiarity with APIs (understanding or implementation experience is a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Excellent customer service orientation and clear, confident communication skills.

Experience with full payroll processes is a valuable asset.

Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
