Function

We’re looking for a Business Support – Integration Consultant to join our client’s dynamic support and integration team. In this role, you'll act as a vital link between internal systems and the HR tools used by external clients. You’ll be the go-to person for integration support, offering both functional and technical guidance to colleagues and ensuring seamless client onboarding and support.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class internal and external support by managing client tickets in line with ITIL best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software integrations, monitor ongoing incidents, and help bring them to resolution.

  • Assess the complexity of incoming support requests—escalating the more technical ones to the IT team while independently handling routine cases.

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by analyzing their integration needs, overseeing interface implementation, and validating integration testing.

  • Collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders to improve and document support processes, ensuring long-term efficiency.

  • Share updated procedures and technical changes with both internal teams and external partners to foster smooth adoption and use of new tools.

Your Profile – The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

  • Solid experience with ticketing systems and technical support; knowledge of ITIL is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with APIs (understanding or implementation experience is a plus).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and clear, confident communication skills.

  • Experience with full payroll processes is a valuable asset.

  • Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
