Function
We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer / Analyst with focus on integrations of business applications. In this role, you'll act as a vital link between internal systems and the tools used by external clients. You’ll be the go-to person for integration support, offering both functional and technical guidance to colleagues and ensuring seamless client onboarding and support.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-class internal and external support by managing client tickets in line with ITIL best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software integrations, monitor ongoing incidents, and help bring them to resolution.
- Assess the complexity of incoming support requests, escalating the more technical ones to the IT team while independently handling routine cases.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by analyzing their integration needs, overseeing interface implementation, and validating integration testing.
- Collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders to improve and document support processes, ensuring long-term efficiency.
- Share updated procedures and technical changes with both internal teams and external partners to foster smooth adoption and use of new tools.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid experience with ticketing systems and technical support; knowledge of ITIL is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with APIs (understanding or implementation experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
- Excellent customer service orientation and clear, confident communication skills.
- Experience with HR processes is a valuable asset.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
