We’re looking for a senior consultant to support our client on a strategic initiative within the digital health domain. This assignment focuses on shaping and steering a nationwide digital integration strategy, working at the crossroads of policy, healthcare stakeholders, and technology ecosystems. The role combines strategic thinking, coordination, and strong communication skills in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

The Role

As a consultant, you will further develop the implementation strategy around a digital prescription framework and the integration of a telemonitoring solution within a broader health data exchange ecosystem. You will play a key role in guiding a transition phase, ensuring alignment between strategy, planning, and execution while maintaining strong relationships with external partners across the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Further define and refine the implementation strategy for digital prescriptions and telemonitoring integration within a national hub-based ecosystem

• Closely monitor and manage a transition period by maintaining active contacts with the healthcare sector, including hospitals, telemonitoring providers, and platform operators

• Track, monitor, and report on planning and progress related to the strategy, the transition phase, and additional project tracks as they emerge

• Perform active stakeholder management involving public authorities, policy bodies, hospitals, umbrella organizations, solution providers, and the wider healthcare sector

• Design and execute a structured communication plan tailored to the different stakeholder groups

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in strategic or program-level consulting within healthcare, eHealth, or public-sector environments

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and coordination across diverse and sometimes competing interests

• Experience with large-scale transition or transformation programs

• Excellent planning, follow-up, and communication capabilities

• Comfortable operating in politically and institutionally complex contexts
