CER Project Manager

Function

Our client is looking for an experienced project leader to oversee the full implementation journey of a critical resilience and compliance program. This role focuses on translating regulatory requirements into practical actions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the organization is equipped to maintain continuity of essential services through the right organizational, technical, and operational measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation approach for the applicable resilience legislation within the organization.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and follow-up across the full program lifecycle.
• Ensure the organization can demonstrate timely compliance with legal obligations related to the resilience of critical entities.
• Drive the implementation of measures that support business continuity and service continuity.
• Connect and align multidisciplinary stakeholders around shared objectives and priorities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies with a structured and result-oriented approach.

Technical Skills

• Strong background in project and program management.
• Solid understanding of risk management, business continuity management, and crisis management.
• Knowledge of compliance and governance processes.
• Affinity with infrastructure, operational environments, and security-related topics.
• Strong analytical skills with a risk-based mindset.

Profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, compliance, risk management, business continuity, security, or a similar field.
• Experience with organization-wide change initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized and able to coordinate complex initiatives effectively.
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across disciplines and bring people together around common goals.
• Result-driven and comfortable working in environments with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Practical Information

• Languages: fluent Dutch; English is a plus.
• Only candidates who meet the required criteria in terms of skills, experience, language ability, and availability will be considered.
• This is a consulting assignment.
