We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team and play a vital role in facilitating change within their organization. The focus will be on enhancing collaboration between teams and maximizing the effectiveness of existing processes. This position offers flexibility in terms of working hours, with a mix of on-site and remote work arrangements expected, while ensuring active participation with the team.
Responsibilities
The consultant will drive the implementation of transformation initiatives by supporting the evolution of operational practices and enhancing team collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying stakeholders and analyzing their expectations to foster better collaboration.
- Conducting impact analyses covering organizational, operational, and managerial dimensions.
- Encouraging participative collaboration by empowering teams and nurturing responsibility.
- Establishing structured practices for managing requests, prioritization, and follow-ups on initiatives.
- Improving project management practices regarding planning, dependencies, and team coordination.
- Supporting the adoption of agile methodologies and fostering a value-driven culture.
- Facilitating cross-team collaboration rituals and ensuring structured, actionable reporting.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate will possess strong analytical skills coupled with a results-oriented mindset, demonstrating an ability to simplify complex environments while engaging teams during transformation efforts. Required qualifications include:
- Proven experience in a change management role, preferably in complex projects with sizeable organizations.
- Strong background in collaborating with both business and IT professionals, with an understanding of project management and budgeting processes (business case, TCO).
- Excellent communication skills in both French (C2 level) and English; Dutch fluency is a plus.
- Master's degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with organizational change culture, along with a sensitivity towards team dynamics.
- Experience in agile environments and change methodology; certification in ADKAR is advantageous.
Additional Information
It is essential for the candidate to have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as on-site presence in Charleroi is required at least part of the week.
