Change Manager
Function
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to support our client’s strategic IT transformation journey.
In this high-impact consulting role, you’ll guide a major organizational shift within an Information Systems (IS) department, helping align people, processes, and tools with evolving strategic objectives. You’ll act as a catalyst for change, ensuring operational consistency, stakeholder engagement, and lasting transformation.
Mission & Objectives
The consultant will play a key role in driving transformation across structural, human, financial, and operational dimensions. Your main objectives will be:

Define and implement a change management strategy tailored to the department’s transformation goals.

Reshape and animate new processes, roles, and tools.

Strengthen collaboration between IS and business functions.
-
Support teams in adopting new ways of working.

Track and assess organizational, human, and financial impacts of the transformation.
Responsibilities
As a Change Manager, you will:

Conduct diagnostics of current practices: processes, governance, tools, and culture.

Build a comprehensive transformation roadmap with milestones and success indicators.

Organize and facilitate workshops (impact analysis, co-design, feedback sessions).

Develop and execute communication and training plans.
-
Monitor execution of the transformation plan and adjust as needed.

Produce clear, targeted materials for stakeholders at all levels (management, technical, business).

Identify and manage risks associated with the change process.

Collaborate with key departments: HR, Finance, IT, Business Lines, and PMO.
Key Skills & Competencies

Proven expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change, coaching).

Strong capabilities in impact analysis, risk management, and workshop facilitation.

Experience setting up KPIs, communication and training plans.

Solid understanding of Agile environments and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).

Ability to produce structured, audience-appropriate documentation.

Familiarity with managing complex, multi-site, or regulated transformation projects.
-
Excellent interpersonal communication and influential leadership.
-
Strong political acumen, diplomacy, and results-driven mindset.
The Ideal Candidate

8+ years of experience in leading organizational change within IT or cross-sectoral environments (energy, mobility, finance, public sector).

Certifications in coaching or change management are a plus.

Full professional fluency in French or Dutch, with a good command of the other language and English.

Comfortable working in hybrid models and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
