We’re looking for a Business Change Manager to join our client’s transformation team and help guide employees through a period of significant organisational and digital change. Our client operates in a complex infrastructure environment that is currently undergoing a major transformation driven by digitalisation, evolving customer expectations and broader sustainability and energy transition initiatives. In this context, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of new digital tools and ways of working so that employees can better support customers and respond proactively to evolving needs.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Change Manager, you will support the successful implementation of digital solutions and organisational improvements by guiding stakeholders and employees through change processes. You will act as a bridge between project teams, business stakeholders and employees, ensuring alignment and engagement across the organisation. Your responsibilities include:

Supporting the implementation and adoption of digital tools and new ways of working.

Facilitating change initiatives and helping teams understand and embrace upcoming transformations.

Maintaining a strong overview of the broader transformation landscape while also engaging hands-on with stakeholders and employees.

Organising workshops, information sessions and engagement activities to build awareness and support for change initiatives.

Ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned and actively involved throughout the change process.

Strengthening the organisation’s overall change management capabilities by sharing knowledge, best practices and experience with colleagues.
Profile – The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for a proactive and people-oriented change professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring:

1 to 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated change management role.

The ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player and connector between stakeholders.

Strong facilitation skills and the ability to motivate groups to actively engage in transformation initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder and relationship management capabilities, with a diplomatic and solution-oriented mindset.

Strong communication and listening skills, combined with empathy and the ability to stimulate critical reflection.

A hands-on attitude, with the ability to balance strategic overview with practical involvement in change initiatives.
