Change Manager Business

We’re looking for two Medior Business Change Managers to join our client’s transformation office and support several high-impact strategic programs. Operating within a rapidly evolving environment driven by digitalization, operational transformation, sustainability initiatives, and customer-centric improvements, you will play a key role in guiding teams and stakeholders through complex organizational change initiatives.
Your Role
As a Business Change Manager, you will lead and coordinate end-to-end change activities across multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously. You will work closely with program teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful adoption of new processes, digital solutions, and organizational changes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing comprehensive change management strategies and action plans;
- Managing change activities across multiple projects, products, or transformation initiatives at the same time;
- Supporting complex digital transformation programs, including customer-focused digitalization and data management initiatives;
- Coordinating communication plans, stakeholder engagement, workshops, events, training programs, and adoption activities;
- Monitoring change impact, user adoption, feedback, and post-implementation support;
- Acting as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders during periods of organizational change;
- Ensuring sustainable implementation and long-term adoption of new ways of working.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for a strong change professional with:
- Proven experience working exclusively as a Change Manager within assignments (not combined with other project roles);
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level Change Management methodologies and practices;
- Experience managing overarching change activities across several concurrent initiatives;
- Strong track record in end-to-end change implementations, from preparation and stakeholder alignment through rollout and aftercare;
- Experience supporting complex customer-oriented digital transformation programs and/or data management system implementations;
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and stakeholder engagement skills with a highly empathetic approach;
- The ability to develop structured change action plans including communication, training, events, adoption metrics, and governance activities;
- Strong documentation and presentation capabilities, including detailed case examples of successfully delivered change initiatives.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch communication skills (CEFR C2);
- Experience operating in large and complex transformation environments;
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and coordination capabilities;
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
