We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our client's team in facilitating organizations through complex technology and transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll become the crucial link between business and IT, driving successful adoption of changes within the organization.
Responsibilities and Role
You will work closely with stakeholders across various functions, including Finance, ePMO, and Procurement, serving as the connection between project teams, PMO, and portfolio managers. Your strong communication skills and pragmatic approach will be essential in creating consensus and keeping diverse parties aligned throughout the entire process. Your expertise in change management within technology projects, especially in environments where SAP is a core component, is highly valued. We are looking for someone who works collaboratively, takes independent responsibility, and is capable of transforming change into tangible outcomes. While experience within the public sector is not mandatory, familiarity with governance, portfolio tracking, and stakeholder management in larger programs is crucial.
Profile - The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record as a Program Manager leading infrastructure or development projects.
- Significant experience in infrastructure or development projects.
- Demonstrable experience in SAP projects.
- Expertise in ADKAR/PROSCI methodologies.
- Strong background in portfolio management.
- Fluency in Dutch at a C2 level according to the CEFR framework is required.
- Familiarity with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, etc.) is desirable.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK) and ability to impart subject matter expertise.
- A working understanding of ITIL practices.
- Knowledge of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MSP) is also preferred.
