CISO IAM Officer

Function

We're looking for an experienced CISO IAM Officer to join our client's cybersecurity team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and managing critical Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms that safeguard digital identities and control user access across the organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access management while collaborating with internal stakeholders, architects, and technology partners to continuously improve IAM services.

The Role

As a CISO IAM Officer, you will:

• Act as the functional and operational owner for one or more core IAM platforms, defining objectives, KPIs, and platform roadmaps.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve the platform, customer journeys, and operational processes, prioritizing new features, enhancements, and technical debt based on business value and user feedback.
• Oversee the technical and operational performance of the IAM platforms, ensuring service quality and governance across external partners.
• Contribute to security governance by supporting compliance activities, audit reviews, platform verification, and risk management.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure alignment with the organization's enterprise, solution, and system architecture.
• Support the development of test scenarios, perform functional testing, and contribute to data quality and cleansing initiatives.

Your Profile

We're looking for a professional with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Identity Management (SAP IDM), including development and configuration within a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven experience as a SAP IDM Analyst.
• Experience managing or owning an identity governance and visibility platform such as Elimity, or a comparable solution.
• A strong understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and security best practices.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams, architects, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Nice to Have

The following qualifications will be considered strong assets:

• Experience with additional Identity & Access Management platforms.
• Knowledge of other IT4IT platforms and integration technologies, such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions.
• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments with a strong focus on security, governance, and compliance.
